ABOUT US 

EQUIP, a 501(c)3 charitable corporation, was founded by two moms of world-class talented daughters in under-represented and under-supported disciplines with a vision for a more equitable baseline for talented youth. While their own youth competed on international, world and/or Olympic-qualifying levels, they saw many others who did not have the same opportunities. They truly believe all youth with their own vision, drive, grit and character should have the opportunity to reach for the stars and make their own dreams a reality through a supportive community of partnerships with corporate, private, and individual entities.
